Here are some of the ways we offer support: 



We recruit, vet, and present candidates for our clients’ full-time employment roles. There is no fee for this service until the client hires a candidate that Paradigm has presented. Fees are based upon a percentage of salary offered.  We provide a standard 90-day guarantee for candidates we represent.


We coordinate the interview and onboarding processes for a single person or a team of people for contract and temp-to-perm positions. Clients tell us “where” and “when”. We take care of the rest.

Team Meeting


We work with the client to scope the project, provide all the resources, and complete the project with as much – or as little – client involvement as desired/required. A Paradigm Project Manager monitors each project from start to finish. We manage the entire contingent talent life cycle from requisition through invoicing and payment. We can also help you stay compliant with all labor regulations and governance requirements.
